We know that our returning staff are crucial to the success of every summer—your guidance of new team members, the wisdom and perspective you bring and your amazing energy all contribute to the exceptional quality of each season.

As returning staff, you also know that we take our commitment to you seriously and provide training before, during and after the summer to help you reach your goals. Every summer brings opportunities to develop your strengths and overcome new challenges, as a team leader, instructor or whatever you wish to be.

Working for multiple summers only increases the value of your Galileo experience. We encourage staff to return in the same position or in roles of increasing responsibility, depending on what is right for the individual and the camp site.
