The Operations Coordinator provides administrative support to the Camp Director and the entire camp staff. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, can multi-task, takes initiative, is computer savvy, and has project management experience. As an Operations Coordinator, you will support the Camp Director with administrative projects such as camper check-in, staff scheduling and lunch supervision. You will work with a staff of exceptionally talented, fun, and friendly people to help create the summer of a lifetime for campers and staff alike!

EXTENDED CARE COORDINATOR (pre-K - rising 5th)
Extended Care Coordinators oversee all aspects of the camp location's Extended Care Program. We are looking for a dynamic, flexible individual who will help us shape this new camp staff role. Working closely with the Camp Director and Operations Coordinator, Extended Care Coordinators are responsible for ensuring a high level of camper safety, strong program delivery, and quality staff, camper, and parent experience. You will help generate enthusiasm and inspire our campers after the traditional end of camp, where they will engage in additional activities and structured down-time.

Assistant Camp Directors work closely with their Camp Director to provide overall leadership for camp programs. Assistant Camp Directors manage staff and lead many camp activities, often including the camp's Extended Care program. CAMP DIRECTOR, CAMP GALILEO SAN JOSE
As a Camp Director with Galileo Learning, you will join an educational movement that is a model of innovative learning in the communities we serve. The Camp Director assumes overall leadership of the camp, including staff selection and management and day-to-day operations. Camp Directors provide leadership and instructional supervision for camp staff, interact daily with parents and community members, and are truly the face of camp in the communities served. Camp Directors also work closely with their teams to come up with creative, fun, and wacky traditions that make camp special and unique. Camp Directors work 5-10 hours each week from January-June and full time for 6-8 weeks during the summer.
