Refunds

At Galileo, we know summer plans can change. Our refund policy allows you to enroll in summer camp early without having to worry.

• Jan‒March 30: Receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee per session or class cancelled.
• March 31-June 1: Receive a refund of your camp and extended care fees, minus a cancellation fee of $95 per session for Camp Galileo, $120 per session for Galileo Summer Quest or $70 per class for The Tech Summer Camps or Chabot Space & Science Camp.

We are sorry, but no refunds for summer camp or extended care fees can be made after June 1. This refund policy applies to all summer camp cancellations, regardless of your original enrollment date. All refunds will be credited via your original payment method. Camp fees will not be refunded or prorated for days of summer camp missed due to illness or injury.

Transfers

You may make changes to your registration until 7 days before the start of any summer camp session or class.

Beginning March 31, a $10 fee will apply to any session or class date or location change, regardless of your original enrollment date. Sessions/classes are not transferable to other campers.

Waitlist

If you wish to place your child on a waitlist for a full summer camp session or class, you may do so online or by calling our Customer Service Team. If space becomes available, you will be notified via email and have three business days to enroll before we contact the next family on the waitlist (after June 1st, you will have one business day to enroll before we contact the next family). There is no cost to be placed on the waitlist, and no obligation to enroll in summer camp.
