Melissa Garcia, Camp Director

Melissa is excited to return for her fifth summer with Galileo in her third year as a Camp Director. She is a graduate of Sacramento State with a B.A. in English Literature and a concentration in Creative Writing. During the school year, she works as an office coordinator for an organization that provides services for children with special needs.

Did you hear the awesome news? GSQ is coming to Fremont! You're going to have a blast creating, designing, building and making this a summer to remember. I can't wait for you all to "Show Me How You Get Down" and am looking for volunteers that will join me and the staff as we bust a move to our favorite camp groove! So get your Chicken Rita jokes ready, because Summer 2012 is on its way!
